Location near Hommachi subway was perfect for exploring Osaka. Staff provided portable vanity mirrors, a nice touch. Rooms felt clean but not very soundproof. I could hear noise from the hallway. Breakfast had a solid selection—bread, croissants, and jam. I appreciated that it was convenient to have stores and a Starbucks nearby. The bathroom floor height could be tricky for some, so that might be worth noting.

long walk to subway

The hotel's location was fantastic, just a short walk from the subway and close to the bustling Shinsaibashi shopping area. We loved the spacious room that offered great amenities, making our stay very comfortable. Additionally, the helpful staff provided excellent luggage storage when we arrived early, allowing us to explore without hassle.

The walk to the subway was slightly longer than expected at around 5 minutes.

Had a solid experience! The room was clean and the staff were really helpful, always willing to lend a hand with directions. The PJs they provided daily were comfy and a nice touch after long days out!

Not the cheapest place around, but it did alright for what we got.

i enjoyed my stay at garner. the breakfast was solid for japanese standards, with bread, croissants, and jam. plus, the location was great—super close to hommachi subway station, which made getting around easy. the typical japanese room size was okay for the price we paid.

the bathroom was a bit high off the floor.

The hotel's location was unbeatable, just a 10-minute stroll to popular spots like Shinsaibashi and Amerikamura. We enjoyed sitting in nearby cafés and found it super convenient to have stores and even a Starbucks close by. Staying with my mum, we appreciated the helpful lobby amenities too.

My wife says that longer breakfast lines made mornings challenging.
